Abstract:
剃齿是齿轮高效的精加工方法，但剃齿加工中存在的齿形误差一直是研究的热点问题。本文通过分析剃齿加工过程的动力学特性，阐述了剃齿加工齿形误差产生和传递的成因，提出了剃齿加工的齿形精度是受剃齿啮合时的接触点数﹑剃前齿形误差传递﹑剃前齿形误差复映等多种因素所影响成的，探讨分析了消除和减少齿形误差的工艺方法，对进一步分析剃齿齿形误差、剃齿刀修形和研究分析剃齿工艺、提高齿轮加工质量具有一定的指导作用。 -
