曹卫平，浙江大学岩土工程专业博士，现任西安建筑科技大学教授，美国俄亥俄州立大学访问学者。主要从事桩基工程、基坑工程及能源岩土工程等方面的研究工作，近年来主持、参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目等8项，发表学术论文50余篇，其中SCI/EI收录20余篇。目前任陕西省岩土力学与工程学会理事，岩土工程学报、中国公路学报、交通运输工程学报、ASCE International Journal of Geomechanics 等期刊审稿人。
