常洲，山西晋城人，生于1997年8月，中共党员，博士，西安建筑科技大学土木工程学院师资博士后，研究领域以环境岩土工程为核心，主要包括黄土高原特殊岩土体时效劣化机理、服役期隧道基底灾变机制与防控、地下空间工程智能监测与健康评估等方面的研究工作。聚焦我国西部特殊岩土地区环境岩土工程领域的关键科学问题与工程技术难题，近五年以第一作者身份在Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology、Engineering Geology、岩土力学等国内外知名期刊发表学术论文12篇。主持/参与了国家级、省部级科研项目多项，同时参与了多项与隧道与地下空间工程相关的应用研究课题。
