Abstract:

采用自制的分散态焙烧炉,对硫含量1.61%的高硫铝土矿进行焙烧脱硫。考察脱硫效果随焙烧温度和时间的变化规律,并探讨了焙烧脱硫的机理。结果表明,在650℃焙烧120s时,分散态焙烧可以实现76.98%的脱硫率,焙烧矿残硫为0.07%,延长焙烧时间或升高温度对提高脱硫率帮助不大。
