静电纺丝方法制备氮掺杂二氧化钛纳米纤维

- Abstract:采用二氧化钛(TiO 2 )湿溶胶为前驱体的聚合物喷发静电拉伸纺丝(静电纺丝)方法制备了氮掺杂TiO 2 纳米纤维和纯TiO 2 纳米纤维,分别采用X射线衍射、场发射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和紫外-可见分光光度计对纳米纤维的晶体结构、微观形貌、红外吸收光谱和透射光谱进行表征分析。结果表明,氮掺杂TiO 2 纳米纤维出现了较弱并且较宽的衍射峰;纳米纤维表面平滑,直径高达70 7 5nm;红外吸收光谱与纯TiO 2 纳米纤维相似,透射光谱在可见光范围有明显的蓝移;氮原子取代了氧原子进入TiO 2 晶格位,并且改变了TiO 2 的电子结构。
