邓新梅，西安建筑科技大学绿色建筑全国重点实验室，高级实验师，硕士生导师。主要从事绿色建筑设计及其理论研究，主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类）1项，参与国基金重点项目、面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目、工程院战略研究咨询项目等国家级科研项目7项。参编《气候适应型绿色公共建筑典型空间模式图解》《建筑碳中和概论》等专著教材2部，发表论文10余篇。
