Abstract:
The direct electrochemistry of hemoglobin (Hb) and application in its interaction with 3,4′-bis -(4-hydro-3-xycoumarin)-2,5-hexanediol (HCH) based on the Hb immobilized in chitosan-room temperature ionic liquid film were investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and amperometry.
