Abstract:

城市空间发展时序是我国法定规划的重要内容，，但目前存在着划定方法上的欠缺。针对小城镇规模较小、增长模式较为简单等特点，本文探索性地提出通过“建设用地敏感度”评价的方法初步确定小城镇空间发展时序，同时通过重大事件的评价修正小城镇空间发展时序，最后在小城镇发展时序图的基础上根据“生长型”规划中城市形态完整性等理论划定城市发展的若干分期。
