Abstract:

本文针对继旧城更新活动展开之后小城市旧城活力普遍丧失的问题，对小城市旧城区更新中面临的问题及原因进行了分析，针对传统复合功能结构的破坏，建议从用地分类方法的调整及“混质单元”的构建两方面对混合功能用地的控制进行完善，以期旧城活力再现。
