Abstract:

工业用地布局不能教条地依据风玫瑰以及城市主导风向的下风向或最小风频的上风向进行。全年只有一个盛行风向的地区，工业用地应尽量沿盛行风向作纵列布置，占下风向；全年有两个盛行风向的地区，工业用地应顺风作横列布置；全年无盛行风向的地区，工业用地应着重考虑风速；全年基本为静风的地区，工业用地宜集中布局，且远离居住区。
