Abstract:

Abstract—Based on the resources condition of southern Shaanxi mountainous area, this paper employs the choice of industry, presenting the theory and method of regional cooperation, to form agglomeration benefits and utilize the resources in a scientific and effective way. Meanwhile, this paper carries out a research on the planning layout of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industrial park, in combination with the natural features and the developmental level of socio-economy, attempting to build up a set of layout model and construction index which is appropriate for the geographical features in southern Shaanxi mountainous area, in expectation to seek a rational, well-organized layout method on the premise of protecting eco-environment and promoting. the comprehensive economic development in local society, as references to the construction of western mountainous cities.
