Abstract:
在对权重及其确定原则进行分析的基础上,比较了几种常用绩效评估指标权重确定方法的优缺点。层次分析法为准确确定公务员绩效评估指标权重提供了可行的途径,为提高政府公务员绩效评估结果的信度和效度提供了可靠的保证。
