调理剂对污泥微观结构及脱水性能的影响研究

  • Abstract:

    选用FeCl 3 、壳聚糖(CTS)、粉煤灰、CaO、硅藻土等几种常见调理剂,以污泥形貌、粒径分布、污泥比阻(SRF)、滤饼脱水率为指标,探究调理剂对污泥微观结构及脱水性能的影响。结果表明:CTS使污泥絮体与絮体外部水分离最明显,复合调理剂调理后分离程度高,但团聚的絮体较小。CTS使污泥平均粒径由45.97μm增长至60.87μm,FeCl 3 +CaO调理后粒径降为28.58μm。原泥比阻为1.22×10 9 s 2 /g,抽滤后脱水率为85.42%,复合调理剂调理效果优于单一使用,调理剂FeCl 3 +CaO+硅藻土使污泥比阻降至0.08×10 9 s 2 /g,滤饼脱水率升至91.69%,脱水性能得到了较大改善。
