Abstract:
综合运用博弈论和委托-代理模型建立确定农地出租租金的模型，对农村农地流转中合同订立时租金的确定问题作了较为深入的分析，并以安徽省来安县为例进行说明，以期达到保护双方利益、提高农地利用效率的目的。 -
