西安流转农地与非流转农地利用效率对比评价

Abstract:
结合西安实地调研结果，构建农业用地利用效率评价指标体系，运用熵值法评价模型，对流转农地与非流转农地利用效率进行对比评价。研究结果表明，农地流转有助于提高农业用地利用效率，但是流转地的利用效率仍需进一步提高。同时，研究发现流转农地有8项指标值低于非流转农地。另外，土地分散率、农业收入占家庭收入比率、人均耕地面积、农业投入时间等九项指标是决定农地利用效率的主要因素，对提高农地利用效率具有参考价值。 -
