Abstract:
我国城市土地收购储备的运作资金除初期财政注入少量的启动资金外，主要来源于银行贷款，资金筹措渠道单一，尚未形成有效的资金筹措和运作机制。针对这一问题，我国郑州等市引入土地储备基金制度，北京市也已经进入了此课题的调查研究阶段。但是，土地储备基金类型问题尚未明确，同时，土地储备基金也具有一定的局限性，未必能够适用于任何级别的土地储备中心。本文就土地储备基金的类型选择及其适用性进行研究。 -
