Abstract:
目前，我国土地储备制度因融资困难导致优势难以发挥，解决资金问题已经迫在眉睫，土地储备信托投资基金可以有效的、长期地解决土地储备过程中资金不足的问题。土地储备投资信托基金运营模式是保证其有效运行的基础，本文从基金管理人的定位、发行方式、投资方式、资金运作模式等四个方面对我国土地储备投资信托基金的运营模式进行了研究。 -
