Abstract:
As a part of the project management proguam,the post-evaluation of residential real estate projict can draw experience and lessons after carrying on the overall summary and evaluation of the project characteristics of residential real estate,a post-evaluation index system for residential real estate including the construction process,economic benefit and owner satisfaction index is offered.And the evaluation model is built by introducing properties of entropy method.It avoids the casualness of subjective weighting index in traditional evaluation model.Finally,an example shows that the evaluation result of evaluaiton model is scientific and reasonable.
