Abstract:
This paper summarizes and comments on the domestic and international research on urban land-scale breifly,analyze the factors influencing land-scale,establishes the multi-purpose planning model to ascertain the urban land-scale,illustrates the framework to analyze the reasonable urban land-scale structurally and systemically,analyze the reasonable urban land-scale in the future comprehensively, obtains the goals of reasonable urban land-scale and necessary conditions to achieve its objectives.This paper offers the decision basis and consultation to help the planning administrative department to confirm the reasonable land-scale of the city and government to realize the macro-adjustments and control the land-utilization,then dispose the land resource rationally,and improve the efficiency of land-utilization.
