Abstract:
At present reconsturction of the Village-in-city across the country have been in full swing.Developers are all involved in the transformation of Village-in-City.This article mainly use ideas on game and combine with cost theroy to determine for the rate of building areas of resettlement housing and commercilal housing(R/C)based on the pattern of the combination of "government+developers+villagers".Thus it provides the scientific foundation for government to confirm the proportion of the whole land in order to help settle down the villagers in the reconstruction of the Village-in-City.
