Abstract:
This paper studied the method for real-time acquisition and simulation on effective prestress and its application in the process of inspection and evaluation on defective state for prestressing tendon.Based on comparatively sophisticated prestressing loss method in current code, the simplified algorithm for virtual frictional loss function was put forward in a universal way. By means of obtained stress datum on strand, subordinated mode for its effective prestress distribution along longitudinal direction was able to be determined. As regards effective prestress for steel tendons with complicated geometry pattern, its regularities of distribution could be simulated after the recognition on nominal coefficients of prestress losses. In order to improve practicability of the research, analytical module was programmed on special software platform. By adopting on full-length strand of a three-span continuous beam bridge, closing verification was got eventually under the situation of taking 5 percent as error threshold. Furthermore, this method laid the foundation for evaluation and prediction on effective prestress of existing bridges.
