有机碳源替代石墨制备TZM合金及其性能研究

 - Abstract:以有机碳源硬脂酸替代传统的石墨粉末,采用粉末冶金法固-液混合方式掺杂碳元素,后经压制成形、高温烧结、热轧、温轧、冷轧等工艺制备 TZM 合金板材,并对其力学性能及组织特点进行对比分析。研究结果表明:以有机碳源采用固-液掺杂硬脂酸的 TZM 合金粉末比传统固-固掺杂石墨粉的 TZM 合金粉末混合更加均匀,组织中第二相更多、更细小、分布更均匀,第二相质点粒子对位错起到钉扎作用,阻碍晶界滑移,从而显著提高了 TZM 的抗拉强度,其抗拉强度为 1168.23 MPa,伸长率为 7.66%,较传统固-固掺杂石墨粉的 TZM 合金抗拉强度提高了 15.3%。
