粉煤灰混凝土黏结性能试验研究

- Abstract:通过对粉煤灰混凝土黏结试件的直接拔出试验和梁式试验,分析粉煤灰掺量、钢筋种类、钢筋直径、混凝土强度和混凝土保护层厚度等因素对黏结性能的影响。研究结果表明:粉煤灰掺量越大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量、加载端钢筋应变、黏结应力峰值越小;混凝土强度越高,自由端钢筋开始滑移时的荷载越大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量越小,加载端钢筋应变、黏结应力峰值越大;钢筋直径越大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量、加载端钢筋应变更小;与配置HRB335级钢筋的试件相比,配置HRB400级钢筋试件钢筋自由端开始滑移时的荷载更大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量、加载端和自由端钢筋应变、所需的黏结长度更小,黏结应力峰值更大。
