工艺参数对铁硅铝磁粉芯性能的确影响

Abstract:
采用球磨制粉和模压成型方法制备了FeSiAl磁粉芯.分别研究了粉料粒度、粘结剂用量、冷却条件和热处理工艺对铁硅铝磁粉芯的品质因数Q和有效磁导率μe的影响。结果表明,粉料粒度越细,磁粉芯有效磁导率越低,品质因数越高;粘结剂量的增多,会使磁粉芯的品质因数提高而有效磁导率下降。对压制成型的磁粉芯进行热处理有助于消除磁粉芯的内应力,提高其有效磁导率。冷却方式的实验结果比较表明慢冷较快冷制得的磁粉芯有效磁导率略高些。
