  • Abstract:

    通过C-Mn-Si低合金钢控扎控冷生产φ25mmHRB400钢筋,对钢筋的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织与强化机制进行了分析,提出了合理的C含量控制目标。结果表明:C-Mn-Si低合金钢控扎空冷生产的HRB400钢筋的金相组织为F+P,钢筋芯部和过渡层的晶粒度为9.0级和9.5级,比热轧钢筋分别提高了1.5~2.0级,力学性能符合GB/1499.2-2007HRB400的要求。
