Abstract:
通过C-Mn-Si低合金钢控扎控冷生产φ25mmHRB400钢筋，对钢筋的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织与强化机制进行了分析，提出了合理的C含量控制目标。结果表明：C-Mn-Si低合金钢控扎空冷生产的HRB400钢筋的金相组织为F+P，钢筋芯部和过渡层的晶粒度为9.0级和9.5级，比热轧钢筋分别提高了1.5~2.0级，力学性能符合GB/1499.2-2007HRB400的要求。 -
