高炉喷吹煤粉添加助燃剂的研究

Abstract:
为了改善煤粉燃烧性能，实现节能降焦，将助燃剂加入高炉喷吹用煤粉后进行燃烧试验。根据高炉生产特点，选择不同比例的活性石灰、石灰石、硫酸铜、氯化铁以及二氧化锰作为助燃剂。实验结果表明，添加不同配方的助燃剂均能使燃煤的着火温度降低，燃尽温度提前以及失重率增加。其中以2#配方的效果最佳。同时采用计算放热面积法对比分析助燃剂加入量对粉煤燃烧效率的影响。结果表明2#配方的加入量为3%时效果最佳。 -
