高炉粉尘和转炉尘泥的还原脱锌试验

  • Abstract:

    分析了高炉瓦斯泥、布袋除尘灰和转炉污泥三种粉尘的化学组成、粒度组成和物相分布等物化性质。用热力学软件Faetsage验证了还原脱锌的可行性,并通过TG—DSC试验确定了反应的初始温度。进而试验考察了还原气氛、温度、时间、C/O对粉尘脱锌率和金属化率的影响。结果表明:粉尘球团可以在弱氧化气氛下进行还原,粉尘球团的脱锌率和金属化率随温度、时间的增加而升高。在球团C/O=1.1,还原温度为1300℃下还原40rain后,球团的金属化率大于85%,脱锌率大于95%。
