连铸方坯脱方和角裂原因分析

  • Abstract:

    裂纹及脱方是连铸坯常见缺陷,通过正交试验,分析研究方坯产生脱方和角裂的主要成因。结果表明:连铸过程中拉速过大是造成脱方和角裂的主要原因;同时,随着结晶器通钢量的增大,结晶器磨损和变形严重加速了脱方的形成;形成角裂的另一原因是钢种成分中的Mn/S偏低。在此基础上,提出了改善铸坯质量的措施,并取得了良好的效果,显著地减少了脱方和角裂废品的产生。
