钢包底吹氩去除钢中夹杂物的数值模拟

Abstract:
采用数值模拟方法，研究了某钢厂60t钢包透气砖狭缝长度和条数及吹氩流量和时间对夹杂物去除的影响。结果表明，不同长度的狭缝都存在利于夹杂物去除的临界吹氩流量，狭缝长度从10mm增加到30mm,临界吹氩流量由125L/min增至225L/min，夹杂物去除率由65%增至76%；夹杂物去除主要发生在前12min，狭缝数为16条时，夹杂物去除率最大；其他条件一定时，吹氩量过大反而不利于夹杂物去除。工业实践表明，数学模型很好地模拟了钢中夹杂物的去除。 -
