城市化背景下的西安市城中村环境问题与法律对策

    <正>随着西安市国际化大都市建设的推进,其城市化进程明显加快,辐射带动能力不断增强。城市化建设提速虽然在一定程度上带动了西安市城中村的经济发展,但与之相伴却是越来越令人触目惊心的城中村的环境问题。西安市城中村区域环境脏乱差,环境安全隐患突出,已严重影响西安市城市形象提升和功能完善。本文通过对西安市城中村环境问题的实证分析,透视其环境问题治理低效的深刻根源,进而探寻有效治理城中村环境问题的法律对策。
