- 采用过硫酸钠氧化—水解法脱除硫酸锌溶液中的锰和铁。结果表明,在过硫酸钠用量为理论量的6倍,氧化p H值为1.0,氧化温度为90℃,氧化时间为30 min,保持水解温度为90℃,水解p H值为4.0,水解时间为30 min的条件下,锰和铁的沉淀率分别为99.97%和99.78%。净化液中钴锰比和钴铁比均达到钴回收的相关标准,可进行后续沉钴。
