卢明飞，陕西咸阳人。本硕毕业于北京航空航天大学飞行器设计专业，博士毕业于西安交通大学人工智能与机器人研究所，师从长江学者陈霸东教授，研究方向包括统计机器学习、智能信息处理、模式识别与智能控制、多元广义度量理论与应用（多视图学习、多源域自适应、多目标聚类、多智能体强化学习、多任务学习、联邦学习等）。
