用硫酸从含铜镍渣中浸出铜的试验研究

- Abstract:含铜镍渣作为炼铁原料时需预先除铜。根据含铜镍渣的粒度分析和铜、铁物相分析结果，研究了用硫酸溶液浸出分离铜。试验结果表明，在硫酸体积分数为5%、反应温度为100℃、反应时间为40 min、液固体积质量比为5:1条件下，铁、铜平均浸出率分别为35. 14%和79.98%
