摘要:This paper presents a case study of indoor thermal environment of a appartment in a 7-storey residential building in Xi’an. The measured Outdoor meteorlogical parameters are radiant intensity, outdoor temperature and relative humidity. The measured parameters of indoor thermal environment are: dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, sol-air temperature of the main bedroom and minor bedroom; the interior surface temperature of the main bedroom’s south exterior wall, west exterior wall and east interior wall. The measurement lasted one week from Jan.13, 2006 to Jan.20, 2006. All measuring parameters are tested and recorded automatically. The indoor dry temperature and humidity were statisticlly analyzed. The measurement aimed to investigate the thermal performance of present residential buildings in Xi’an and furthermore to provide the necessary information of the existing houses’ sustainable performance for developing sustainable housing strategy and policy in Xi’an. The temperature of two bedrooms fell in the temperature range of indoor thermal comfort by ASHRAE 55-92, the occupant occasionally felt dissatisfied with the indoor thermal environment. Individual difference accounts for different feelings on thermal comfort. The factors to affect the indoor thermal environment are analized, such as outdoor meteorlogical parameters, construction material of the building, insulation, type of heating system and occupant activities and subject feelings.
