摘要：

RC structures subjected to environmental attack which causes durability damage can experience changes in resistance. Factors such as the aging of materials and corrosion of steel bars will lead to the deterioration of structure members, resistance degradation and eventually decrease the system reliability of reinforced concrete structures. In this study, a model of resistance degradation of RC structures is developed under environmental attack. Also, the statistical parameters of resistance are analyzed. A method of time-variant reliability analysis is proposed on the basis of the investigations of load and resistance of present structures. An existing RC flexural member is given as an example which illustrates the mean value of the resistance of structural components and system reliability varying with time. The results can be used as a reference for reliability design method considering the resistance degradation of RC structures.
