摘要:
This paper studies the copper/aluminum/stainless steel (Cu/Al/STS) three-ply clad sheet rolling process. Cu/Al/STS clad sheet rolling process and mechanical properties were investigated , the results shows that with the increase of rolling reduction rate, the tensile strength of the clad sheet increasing and the cupping value decreasing, when the reduction rate is 33.3% ,clad elongation can be up to 72.2% and tensile strength up to 336MPa.The cupping test of the clad sheet is larger when the ply of STS is in the inner side of the cup than the ply of Cu in it. The best rolling process for Cu/Al/STS three-ply clad sheet is six-ply symmetric combination, heating temperature 350 ° C, heating time 5 ~ 10mins and rolling reduction rate is 33.3%.
