散落的拼图——城郊大学城商业空间调查与反思

• Abstract:大学城作为一个城市社区，最初秉承着资源共享、集约化发展的理念，希望各大学以“拼图”的形式，通过建立之间良好的耦合关系以期营造更好的校园文化，创造更多的溢出价值。而现实情况中校园各自为政，以“散落”状单独存在。大学城校外商业空间作为大学城整体城市空间的重要组成部分，是体现大学城公共服务的一项重要功能，同样没有或者很少能做到集约共享，严重降低了大学城资源利用与运作的效率，折射出的是大学城的整体社会化程度低。本文以西安南郊的长安大学城为例，从公共服务均等化及教育体制文化的发展趋势着手，重新审视大学城的发展方向，通过对其周边商业空间模式现状的研究及消费使用状况形成的主客观原因，并对大学城商业空间模式提出相应的建议，同时明确其城市社会化的目标。 Town of Universities, as a small community of the city, is initially constructed basing on the concepts of resources sharing and intensive development, hoping it could create better campus culture and get more overflow value by universities piecing together as puzzle forms. However, the universities are independently located in the reality as scattered puzzles. As a very important part of the whole university town space and an important branch which reflects region public service level, the commercial spaces outside university did not or rarely share resources or develop intensively which reduces the efficiency of resources using and operation and reflects the lower socialization of the university town. This article takes Chang’an university town, located in the southern suburb of Xi’an, as an example to re-examine the direction of campus planning from the aspects of public service equalization and the develop tendency of education system. By the study of its surrounding commercial space patterns and analyze of students usage survey, this article points out the unreasonable spatial layout as well as its objective and subjective reasons, and puts forward constructive suggestions to commercial space patterns in the town of universities and making its urban socialization goal clear at the same time.
