- Use the process of dashboard on the solid high-tech 3D numerical control platform of NC machining process as an example, Using UG to establish the machine and parts model , the tool path have been optimized by VERICUT. As a result,enhances the processing speed, shortening the processing time, improve the cutting efficiency, reducing processing cost and making the process has been optimized. Finally, Reliability and optimazation results are verified through numerical control platform instance.
