- In order to improve the plastering quality of the wall plastering machine，the dynamic characteristics of vibration compaction of plastering machine in working state are studied. Simplification and analysis of the real-time working state of the working device of plastering machine under vibration pressure，and the dynamic model of the plastering machine-mortar system is established. The transfer function of the system is obtained by establishing a mathematical model，and the vibration compaction of the plastering machine under different excitations is simulated by using Matlab simulink；a quantitative index of the compaction degree of mortar is set up，and the effects of various parameters on the compaction effect of mortar under multiple parameters are studied. The research results have important theoretical guiding significance for optimizing vibration parameters of plastering machine and improving wall plastering quality of plastering machine.
