- Abstract:
- The kinematics equations of the oscillating sieve were established. And the slip and throwing motion characteristics of the materials on the screen surface were studied. Then forward slide phase angle and inverse slide phase angle and throw index were deduced. The 3D models of oscillating sieve and biaxial linear vibrating screen were built up. The kinematics simulation of the two kinds sieves were developed by ADAMS. The simulation conclusion showed that the centroid displacement of the scillating screen is smaller. It is proved that the oscillating sieve has energy conservation effect.
