- Abstract:
- The primary goal of this research is the dynamic properties of the wearing fault of a reciprocate membrane pump's slideway. According to the pump' s wearing fault dynamic model deduced by the separation-contact force model,the relation between different wearing clearance and the system' s dynamic response was investigated with numerical simulation. The Poincare sections and the maximum Lyapunov exponent( LE) of the system were also studied. The results indicate that the wearing fault system is in chaos,and that the system's responses and the
chaos degree intensify while the abrasion clearance is increasing. The maximum LE can be used to monitor the
wearing development. The rusults are useful for the fault dynamic analysis of a reciprocating machine.
