钛合金TC4超声振动辅助切削有限元仿真分析

Abstract:
在ABAQUS仿真分析中,杨氏模量与泊松比随温度变化是以固定值输入,影响了结果的可靠性和准确性。为此,利用ABAQUS的二次开发功能,将温变函数嵌入到钛合金TC4的超声振动辅助切削(UVAC)仿真中。分析结果表明,所进行的二次开发符合实际具有指导意义。与普通切削相比,超声振动辅助切削能够有效实现断屑,降低切削温度,最大降幅可达34%。随着振幅的增大,切屑长度逐渐减小,振幅对残余压应力的影响深度呈现先减小后增大趋势;相比之下,频率对切屑形态的影响较小,随着频率增大,切屑长度和残余压应力均呈减小趋势。
