博士，教授，博士/硕士研究生导师，陕西省“三秦学者”创新团队（陕西省城乡绿色建筑经济与管理创新团队）核心团队成员。主要从事可持续基础设施建设与管理、低碳城市建设与管理等领域的研究。先后主持和参与国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等国家级项目5项，住房和城乡建设部软科学研究项目、陕西省社会科学基金、陕西省软科学项目等省部级项目10余项。在《中国环境科学》、《软科学》、《Ecological Indicators》等学术刊物和学术会议发表论文40余篇。研究成果先后获得陕西省科学技术进步二等奖、陕西高等学校人文社会科学研究优秀成果特等奖、西安建筑科技大学社会科学优秀成果一等奖等科研奖励。
