摘要:本文对西安建筑科技大学197名汉语国际教育本科专业二年级学生跨文化交际能力中的跨文化敏感度和跨文化效能感进行实证调查,通过研究发现学生对这两个层面的相关要素掌握的能力高低有所不同并存在较大的内部差异。研究结果为探究积累跨文化交际理论知识和跨文化交际技能实践训练相结合,有针对性地提高学生跨文化交际情感层面和行为层面各要素能力水平、进而为有效提升跨文化交际能力提供实际的参考依据和启发。 This study is conducted to investigate the sensitivity and effectiveness of intercultural communicative competence of 197 sophomores of XAUAT who are majored in TCF/SL (Teaching Chinese as Foreign/Second Language). The result shows that the important factors of sensitivity and effectiveness vary distinctively, thus revealing significant internal differences among students on certain aspects. These findings provide reliable data and evidence for the research on how to improve students' intercultural communicative competence by means of intergrating theoretical teaching with the practice and training and bringing differences of five factors of intercultural sensitivity and six factors of intercultural effectiveness of individual students under consideration.
