王琎，环境学院教授，博士生导师，陕西省膜分离技术研究院副院长，陕西省膜分离重点实验室副主任。国家级高层次青年人才，陕西省杰出青年基金获得者，入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，主要从事基于膜分离技术的工业废水资源、能源化处理研究，重点围绕环境废弃物中锂、钾、稀土、半导体等关键战略金属回收，以及蒸发、盐差等新型“蓝色”能源提取开展基础与应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等国家、省部级项目，近五年，以第一/通讯作者在国际知名期刊 Nat.
