高温时效对S31042钢室温拉伸性能的影响

  • Abstract:

    本文研究了700℃时效时间对S31042钢室温拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明:700℃ 0~1000h时效,S31042钢的室温屈服强度快速升高,抗拉强度也增加较快,相反,钢的延伸率和断面收缩率迅速降低;时效时间超过1000h,各项性能变化趋缓,钢的屈服强度略有增加,抗拉强度则略有降低,塑性指标逐渐降低。随时效时间,室温拉伸试样断口由丰富韧窝的韧性断口逐渐过渡到沿晶的脆性断口。室温力学性能变化趋势与M23C6相在晶界上析出行为密切相关。随着时效时间延长,在0~1000h,晶界上的Cr23C6相迅速增多,1000h后晶界析出相的数量变化不明显。
