- Abstract:早期发展经济学家在一系列理论基础之上，主张取消市场，由政府全面、直接干预经济。但实践证明，这种国家主导型经济发展模式是错误的，早期发展经济学政府干预经济的理论基础严重忽视现实，在历史和逻辑两个维度上都不成立，因此，70年代后的发展经济学开始要求限制政府权力，将政府职能由经济建设型转为公共服务型。
