主要从事高性能金属研发及合金强韧化机理研究。先后主持和参与国家863、国家重大科技专项、国家自然基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金面上项目、博士后基金项目、省科技攻关等30余项,横向课题10余项。发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI、EI检索60余篇,获国家发明专利10余项;出版教材6部;获陕西省教育厅科技进步奖一项,获中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖一项,并荣获“陕西省青年突击手称号”和“宝钢优秀教师奖”。担任Materials Science and Engineering A、Journal of alloys and compounds、金属学报等国内外知名期刊审稿专家。
