涡流检测用于无粘结预应力钢绞线护套厚度测量的试验研究

- Abstract:涡流检测技术是一种常用的无损检测技术.通过利用涡流对无粘结预应力钢绞线护套厚度的测量试验,来判断钢绞线护套厚度涡流检测方法的可行性.将此方法所得结果与游标卡尺测量所得结果的比较,发现两种结果虽然有一定差异,但差异并不大.利用差值参数d和F,分别对涡流检测结果进行误差和方差分析,发现最大误差仅为2.3%,最大方差为0.004 5,说明涡流检测无粘结预应力钢绞线护套厚度的方法是可行的,其检测结果的精度和稳定性都比较高.
