转速对水下搅拌摩擦焊接铝合金组织性能的影响

Abstract:
采用水下搅拌摩擦焊接技术(SFSW)对2024-T4铝合金板材进行连接,研究了转速对SFSW接头焊核区析出相形貌和显微硬度的影响。结果表明:循环水冷具有明显的瞬时快冷作用,SFSW接头焊核区S-Al2CuMg相在热循环作用下发生析出长大。随着转速的提高,析出相的数量逐渐增多,且尺寸增大。S相粗化是导致焊核区显微硬度随转速增大而降低的主要原因。
